Our family has owned this land for almost 20 years and have made small improvements over these years.  Brandy's parents started it with two and a half acres plus half a pond and it has grown over the years into a total of fifty acres with four ponds.  For the past twelve years we have focused on fostering children in our state's Child Protective Services.  As we wind down our fostering years, we are focusing on building our homestead.  We currently have a lone donkey, named AJ.  Along with our two dogs, one cat, a few goats, and a dozen chickens, AJ still rules the hilltop.
